New Exhaust
Just got my exhaust put in today. Special thanks to Scott and UZZ-TT
on to the pics:
Stock:
boring and very restrictive
On with the new:
3in center section to a Magnaflow Y-pipe which split to 2 X 2.5"
couldnt fit the mufflers far enough back, had to take a chunk ot of my bumper
Two Vibrant Performance Mufflers 3" inlet and outlet
whole exhaust painted high temp flat black

sounds very hollow...which is the perfect sound in my opinion. but i have a question, i have a custom exhaust on my car as well and if you notice after you rev your car up, on the down-turn of RPM you can kinda hear a scratchy noise or like exhaust hissing noise...what is that? mine does it too! exact same thing

Try to let the throttle out a little slower, like instead of on it hard then completely off for a rev hit it hard then back off some to about half what you had then off all the way. if it goes away then it is back pressure being low and it is sucking some air into the exhaust.
