Default A/C Diagnostics

Does anyone have diagram for ac. How I can test my a/c clutch.
I want to make sure it works.

your a/c light will blink when on if your a/c clutch is bad

There is no blinking light at all the a/c turns by hand but I don't ever see it spin.
I did the diagnostics and I got 00 then I had other test and it goes from 21-27. I wonder if I have broken sensor or cable ?

21 is solar sensor circuit then harness between it and ac control unit, then the control unit.

Dont see code 27

According to the fsm the ac control unit can be the cause for just about every problem..except the blower related stuff.
