Clutch Pedal Won't Spring Back Up
I have a factory 5spd SC and recently the clutch pedal has been sticking to the floor. Not 100% of the time, usually on slower shifts (1st or reverse going uphill).
The master cyl fluid level is full and there are no leaks under the car. No odd noises coming from the tranny. The pedal does not feel like it's losing pressure - it doesn't "sink", downward motion feels normal, but it just doesn't want to come back up.
If I put my foot under it and nudge it a little it springs right back up like it's sticking. I put grease around the pedal rod (under the dash) but it didn't help.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
