Default MKIV Apexi N1 -> SC300 question

Hey guys, i've searched high and low for this and couldn't find an answer.

1. I just bought my friends N1 off his MKIV TT and im about to head over to a fab shop to get a bolt-on extension made in a few days. Just wondering if the extension pipe needs to be bent, or a straight pipe will suffice. Id rather not haul that 1 piece catback in my sc and rather give them the specs for them to fabricate.

2. Are there any differences in flanges between the MKIV and SC300?

3. Do the flanges have to be clocked and certain degree, or even tilted?

Heres my specs for the "test pipe" extension for now:
MKIV flanges (both sides, 0* flange clocking and tilting)
6" length
85mm diameter to match the N1

Thanks in advanced
