Default 1995 SC400 Rear Differential--->1992 auto SC300

I have the chance to pick up a rear diff from a 1995 SC400.

I've got a 92 SC300.

I would like to install it to help out in my quest to achieve solid fuel econ with my car.

Now, I have never done this before. How hard is it? Write up?

How many have done this and felt pleased with the results?

Off the line performance is of no importance. I don't race my car whatsoever, just want a nice looker.

BTW, I can get one from a 95 400 for $70 out the door.
