Stutters at 4-5 psi....something like hitting fuel cut or somthing the needle just flutters as it hits over 5psi.

Please help me on what is going on..before i could boost to stock 10 psi with no problems.

could this be the outside hot temperature? bov too close to hot turbo side? cheap ebay boost controller? vacuum leak? even worst one of the turbos died? spark plugs are not gapped. i dont remember ever gapping them...

its shows 12 psi on the vaccuum pressure gauge.

well start with the basics, bypass the cheap boost controller and see what happends, run the car and check for vac leaks, if it was turbo's it will still rev but not boost,

check your bypass/BOV to see if the diaphragm is blown. Same thing happened on my old MKIII

yeah first get rid of the boost controller and drive, see if you get 10psi, if not, you can rule out that...next i'd try capping off/bypassing the BOV, sure it's not good for the turbos, but for a test run of hitting boost a couple times it's not gonna hurt anything.
