Default one cam is off by 1 or 2 teeth

How bad is it that my passenger side cam is off by 1 or 2 teeth (this is on a SC300)
The cam mark is about 1 or 2 teeth before it reaches the mark on the cam shroud. (turning clockwise)

what problems/symptoms would I see??

thanks

Well I don't have a code

did you have to redo the whole timing belt?
Or can I just take off that one cam sproket?
hopefully I can just do the latter

well, got some good new, sorta...
took off the cam cover and it was off by 1/2 a tooth and not 1-2 teeth.
When the driver's side cam mark is lined up with the valve cover mark, the passenger cam has the gap (between the teeth) lined up with the valve cover mark.
Not sure if 1/2 a tooth could cause much of a noticeable issue....
