I have an oil leak from my timing chain cover blowing back Onto this tube. It's coming from my cam shaft output. It doesn't get into the timing belt cover, just comes out the head at the cam shafts (both) and drips down the back of the cover and blows back.

What is involved in fixing that and what is bad? A bearing on each one Or a seal?

cams are dry. Oil isn't getting in here, it's running down the back of the timing cover from the cams.

The cams use seals on the front. Pop your valve covers off and make sure its not comming from the front of them.

Cool I figured (and was hoping) they were seals. That's pretty gravy to swap out. I'll buy the cam seals and valve cover seals and do it all at once. I looked at the valve covers and they were dry in the front, but after removing them I'll just replace all the related seals.

PS- I didn't have any info on this car as far as timing belt replacement, but this one looks good so I guess I'll leave it be when we boost it.

You can't replace the cam seals without removing the cam sprockets, and to do that the timing belt should come off.

Now your leak may not be the cam seal, but the upper cam cap that you can see once you remove the valvecover, and that may be why it's leaking off the side.
