Tranny swap?

how much would i run me to swap transmission from an automatic to a manual including all the parts like the tranny the clutch shifter and all the work under the hood ect. on my 95 automatic sc300? plz help asap thank you :]

lol My nephew did the swap... cost a bit... but he got the parts from a junkyard in california... probally best bet...
