Default Will this injector still work?

Guys,

I left my fuel rail in to get bored correctly for my injectors. I had to leave one of the injectors with them so they could test fit. Well, when I picked the rail and injector up it had this

They obviously said it was like that when they got it, even though I just got it back from the injector shop after having them flow tested/cleaned and they came back to me in perfect condition.

I know absolutely nothing about injectors so bare with me. Will this injector be ok? Will it leak? Can it be fixed?

(Posted on other forums also for those reading it several times.)

Thanks guys,
Jonny

that looks like the rubber or plastic piece thats a gasket for the injector. it should slide off and you can get one at a dealership.
