Want INSANE throttle response?
So me and my best friend where chilling, and after a few drinks we decided to tinker...
Lately my SC400 has been feeling sort of sluggish, iv been looking into ways to improve my throttle response with out having to spend thousands.
SOOOO we tighten the HELL out of my throttle cable
Its easy to do, and right now my pedal has less then 1.2 Cm of play and revs out faster.
First start off having a friend put his foot on the pedal and LIGHTLY press JUST enough till you fill the throttle plate start to catch, should only be like an inch or so, if that.
Then Mark with calk stick or something to show where your throttle begains to engage
Then all you need to do is Losen one bolt and tighten the other to the point of the mark, JUST before the throttle engages
Simple, and some may have already done this, But i wanted to share with the SC community my findings, its awesome, throttle response is absolutely insane and it revs up so much faster and under load the acceleration has increased dramatically with out affecting the idle speed or anything
