Solid Motor Mounts
What are the advantages/disadvantages to solid mounts? Are they worth the money on a daily driver that will at most be putting out 500rwhp, or should I just stick with the OEM mounts?

Awesome, thanks for the help! Should I replace the tranny mounts the same time I do the engine? My SC is approaching the 125k mark and to my knowledge none of the mounts have been changed yet.

solid motor mounts will make the ride rougher . The cars I've been in with them shook a lotmore than normal. Horse power should improve slightly. Handling should improve noticeably as well since you were running old stock ones. I'm all for it tho. Good luck.

I'd go with Toyota Supra Mounts (1996+.. the newer ones, NOT the 93-95). Direct replacement, and I believe they're a bit stiffer than the factory lexus mounts. I have these on my car, no complaints at all.
$130 for the pair.. slight discount from the Toyota dealership
