man my car is dieing for more power/speed on 1st & 2nd gear in my 1j. last night after racing my buddies s13 sr he would pull on me in 1st & 2nd. i think i really need a short shifter the throw is just too long in my 92 tranny. he would always get the jump and by the end of 2nd going into 3rd i would start pulling hard. is there any other way to make my low end more power. i'm happy with the high end it would pull on alot of people but low end just sucks.
