Default 1JZ supra-sc300 swap question. please do flame

i can buy a nice supra 1jz clip with all the goodies and a R154 for my sc300. I know the R154 will need to be modded to work but is there anything else that wont work as in terms of wiring or such. I have searched and gotten so many different answers and responses im not sure what is right and what is wrong.
PLEASE do inform me.

Will the torsen rear work?
My car now is a 92 sc300 5 speed. its stock, its slow.

I have done numerous motor swaps on like vehicles but i just want to be sure before i tackle this as its a diff powerplant.

Thanks for not flaming..

the info is outthere just search... and dont just search on this forum! supra forums, there are alot of forums in austraulia and g.b. that have good info too. but i will tell you the wiring is completely diffrent from a soarer 1jz rear torsen will not work and you will have to mod the tranny

if youve done numerous motor swaps you should know the supra harness and the soarer harness are totally different. i havent heard of anyone re-wiring an mkiii supra harness to work on a sc300... if you want to go that far might as well get a 2jz-gte clip. thats been known to be re-wireable to the sc300 chassis

i have done numerous mkiii engine swaps. I have yet to work on a SC300 but its more or less the same as the mkiv. My main concern was the wiring like i said, i am not familar with the sc300 and soarer pins for the ecu end, im sorry.

i dont see why it wont work ,once you have the supra ecu it should work,i dont kno about wiring up the instruments though .but once the ecu is getting juice it should crank right up
