Default Auto - Manual Clutch Switch

I tried searching but couldnt find any real answers. Im in the middle of a Auto to 5 Speed (w58) swap. Car is an auto, but will be using a 2JZGTE 6 speed harness, with 6 speed ecu (going 6 speed later)

Basically, my question is, will the body harness have the two plugs for the two switches? I have the entire underside out, and have access to most wires under the steering wheel. but with a quick glance, I havent seen the two switches for hte cluthc pedal. According to MKIV.com, top switch is what stops cruise control while active, and bottom is clutch engage switch. Are these wires hiding somewhere?

Will I have any problems starting the car without them?
