Default I think I have a bad ignition switch

my car is acting strange juss today. i took out the key and the power was still on (cluster, headlights, climate control, folding away steering. etc) does anyone know whats the problem? the cluster usually turns off and the headlights turn off as soon as i open the door, and the steering wheel moves as well. but today none of that happened when i took out the key? anyone got feedbacks? i tried disconnecting the battery but it still stayed the same. as well as driving it around and turning it off and back on...im lost....any help would be great. thanks

thanks guys
