Hey Guys
Maybe You Guys Can Shed Some Light On Why My Car Is Acting Crazy.
1992 Sc400. Starts Boging Down Like She Wants To Shut Off. When I Am In Park She Sounds Like She's Misfiring.
When Im Driving She Won't Let Me Go Past 40 Without Spudding And Acting Like She's Gonna Shut Off.
Any Idea?

Have you washed/cleaned your engine bay recently?

I wouldn't think that would be a hard part to find at a junkyard considering the LOW demand for a SC gas tank.

i called and visited all the local junk yards around here... no luck.
i found a place out in the mid west someplace, but i just got the feeling that they didn't know much about that car.
alittle worried.

could be a number of things, I would suggest going to Lexus and paying the $99 to have your car checked out by a professional.

I asked this same question on CL a few weeks back. People said it was fuel filter or fuel pump. Turned out it was the Fuel Pump ECU.
