I was out looking around on the ol' internet and walk upon the AEM sight and saw that the had cam gears for the sc 300. They say with out changing the timing that they will increase power when ****ched with the stock gears. my question to you is how? THe say the match the oem in all ways so how do they give more power.

Post rotate em.

They have some 'play' in them so you can forward and retard the opening/closing of the intake/exhaust. This can gain some HP.

They're lighter? That's my best guess....
