Default I am still hearing a slight winding noise-

It might be pwr steering, which i just had repaired along with alt., starter and serp. belt.
Any ideas what it could be?

"Winding"? Like when you'e reeling in a catch at the creek?

You might wanna 'splain a lttle better, Ricky, and indicate if it varies with road speed, engine speed, steering wheel position etc.

For what it's worth, I have a slight "whining" noise when I run my A/C. And I used to have a whining / turbine-like sound when my P/S flid ran low, and also just as my P/S pump was about to quit.
