yeah, its a stock 93 auto. maybe i was off, but i was expecting around 180ish. i dunno, only had the car a short amount of time so i'm not too familiar with what they are supposed to do. what are the 93 sc3's rated hp? i'll get those dyno sheets up today hopefully, cuz i know something is wrong cuz the power curve starts going backwards, drops RPMs, then starts gaining again. so somethings up, but its hard to explain without some pics to look at.

I made 183 HP on my 2JZ-GE with an intake and an exhaust, and automatic back in 2003 when my car had 28k miles...
sounds like the engine needs a good tune up......how many miles on it?

there were countless problems with the car when i bought it last month. nothing mechanical that i noticed right off the bat, just trunk shocks, climate LCD, steering wheel adjuster, the usual......but now, i'm wondering what condition this motor is in.
i had heard from a friend that an SC3 with I/H/E and i think an SAFC did 200 or something. i dunno, i'm sure there is a lot of difference between older SCs and newer just from wear on the motor, and the newer came with more factory hp right? so maybe i just have my facts jumbled up. but i know for sure something is wrong from the looks of that dyno chart.

Dyno's aren't like rulers. 1 foot on one ruler is 1 foot on another. However, 200 hp on one dyno may not read 200 hp at another.
Dyno readings can vary by up to 20 hp. Just because your car is putting out 160 hp, it doesn't necessarily something is wrong.

i had it on my buddies Dynojet 248c. i don't think something is wrong cuz of the numbers, i think something is wrong cuz at around 100 mph, the dyno chart does a loopty-loop, lol. i wasn't able to get the sheets today cuz my buddy was building the motor to his Z and it slipped my mind, but you'll see what i mean when i get the sheet posted up. the car drives and shifts great until then, but right around 100, something is goin on.

thats going like, 110 mph.
if i'm not getting my charts mixed up, that RPM chart starts at the MPH chart around 107. and you can see the RPM continue going up (in the wrong direction) then drop, then start to increase again. and at around 115 MPH, you can see the MPH going up, then slightly drop, then start going up again. thats the same run, only the RPM chart is zoomed in.
i'm going to verify all this. but i'm almost certain thats how it is. and i heard it when it did it, and it was not shifting. just sounded like he let off the gas slightly and the RPMs dropped, then it was kinda, blah, for the rest. but it was going like, 120ish.
