Default changing from park to drive

hi all im new at this so bare with me. i just bought a used 93 sc400 , the car has 52k miles on it. when i shift from park to drive or park to rev . the car kicks. any one here who has had that problem before. also another type of kick when i am at a stop and i turn on or off the ac i feel the vechicle moving foward too.

Have you checked your tranny mount(s)?

Howey,

Hey man, the reason the car moves forward when u turn the AC on is because the power needed to run the AC is like a surge, your RPM's jump up, and thus because ur car is in gear it wants to lurch forward.

This, and bad tranny mounts could be causing your problem.
