Default slave cylinder

hey guys, i realized this noise from my 5spd.... it its like a squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek high pitch squeek when the clutch is engaged.... whether in gear or just idle... it does go away as i lightly press on the clutch pedal..........so i lifted the car and noticed the slave cylinder (rod that was pushin on the fork) was not really pushing,,, i mean when engaged it squeeks from tehre and as i try to force the rod to push the release fork it goes away??? is ther esome kind of bushing inside the fork??? i hope u guys understand what im saying? if i was to change S.Cylinder ,.,. would that be difficult???
thanks
bryan
