A P-trim T61 will be plenty for your hp goals, and will spool well.

whenever you're trying to achieve a set hp goal with a turbo setup.....look for the smallest turbo that is capable just a bit more power than what you want (about 30-50 more). you dont want any unnecessary turbo lag. a T61 is capable enough for about 600whp, i say go smaller.

GT35 .68 hotside t61 or a th350 exhaust wheel'd t61. I'd use the first because its a newer technology turbo.

Lemme know if you have any more Qs.

If you want a DEFINATIVE engineering answer, not just random opinions, you'll need to do some homework and learn how to read compressor maps.
Once you decide how much power you want, compute how much fuel it will take to support it (plus about 20% for safety). There are books full of formulas for doing this. This will then tell you how much air you need to flow to combust that much fuel. Then you look at compressor maps to pick a turbo that flows that much air in it's "sweet spot" (it's max efficiency range). This will give you the optimum sized turbo, the power you want with the minimum lag. Everything else, fuel pumps, ignition, sensors, all that comes AFTER you do the basics.

It's not rocket science, but it IS engineering
