Door Sill for 2014 ES350

Anyone know of somebody who knows how to install this in the San Jose CA area? Would be grateful for any info. Thanks!!

The sill is super easy. Just pull up really hard!

Removing the sill is easy. I'm just not sure about the connections. There are numerous wires wrapped up (I'd say about 20). I can send a picture if you want to see it.

Oh it's a lighted sill? You didn't specify. My IS has a harness I can plug into.
