Default Reseal headlights

My back headlight cover on my driver side some how broke off so I had to replace it and lots of water got into my headlight during the rainy season. Anybody know of a shop that can remove the water out of the headlights? Or if anybody local want to do it for some extra cash on the side? This is for a 06 IS250 in Hayward area.

Its the cap where you open to change the lightbulb, the hinge where it holds the headlight broke so the cap fell off and water went in my headlight

Put ur headlights into oven and cook it for 200 degree( do a search on it I'm not to sure how much), or u can use the heat gun. And now the hard glue is soft and you can peel the lens off the headlight housing. And do your cleaning job. After done, put back on with heat gun or oven. And done deal. Of course get ur self some new caps. If you still not feeling to do it ur self. I can help you up.
