Sunny's Autobody, San Francisco, CA
Shop: Sunny's Auto body 1-415-861-2333
Location: 450 Potrero Ave (Between 17th and Mariposa) San Francisco, CA
Yelp: http://www.yelp.com/biz/sunny-auto-body-san-francisco
What happen/Damaged: I was in my is350 and i ran over a ladder on the freeway during the storm. The ladder tore apart my bumper, fog light, fender liner, under body plastics, & grill. Bent sub frame, & radiator supports. Popped my rear tire.
After my accident i called Denny who is the owner of this body shop. I told him what happen and he got a tow truck out to me within the hour free of charge through State Farm. He told me i needed new tires since the front had major wear on it and the rear ones are being replaced due to the accident. I told him i had rims coming in and he offered to buy the tires i needed for the front/rear and mount as well. I bought him the wheels and he mounted them on and noticed the rear tires were too big and forgot to buy lug nuts. He said " That's alright i'll buy a set for you."(I ordered 275/40/18 instead of 275/35/18 so that was my bad). He told me to bring my stock springs to lift the car up a bit. I brought him the springs that were marked "rear" in my box, but the previous shop mixed them up so i gave him the fronts instead of the rear. Now the car is even sitting lower. I go back to the shop and we discussed that I'll need thinner tires so i decided to take the car back and deal with it myself. The shop removed/installed the rear suspension maybe 3 times totaling about 10 hours of work. He offered to install the front OEM wheels in the rear so i can take the car home.
I had a couple requests that i told Denny before. No license plate bracket, so i won't have holes in the bumper. Reimbursed me for the foglights cause i had HIDs in them. He even ordered a GFX front lip for me without me telling him!
And to top it off, after all the trouble i gave them, they gave me a discount. They split my deductible in half, gave me free lugnuts, vacuumed & polished the car, buffed out a scuff i had under my side mirror, buff out key marks to make it not as noticeable and took another 160 bucks off because according to the owner's dad "i wasn't satisfied," which was untrue. I was very satisfied.
If you didn't bother reading my long review I'll sum it up down here.
What he did for me:

After Denny and his shop:
Tell them Tim in the IS350 sent you. Merry Christmas!
