Friday nights?
Seeing as we have a meet for tuesday and wendsday night for both sides of town, could we get together in the middle of dfw for all of us to chill and kick it? I was thinking maybe grapevine or somewhere in the middle so it isnt a far drive for any of us!

The northern I35 corridor seems to be the center of the member location triangle as I illustrated when I attempted to start a Thursday night meet, but 121 and 35 make Grapevine easy to get to from about anywhere (minus the construction).

I completely support a Friday night meet. The benefits include that Sat morning is, on average, not a work day for most folks. The risks include that Friday night is date night, night-out-with-other-social-circles, etc.
If we can pick a regular spot that folks can count on for Friday nights, it should work out nicely. For example, I know that if I'm in the mood to hang out with the MINI group on a Tuesday, I can count on the fact that their "Tuesday Happy Hour" is at the Addison Flying Saucer every Tuesday evening. I don't have to check each week or start threads out with "Is anyone gonna be there...".
Huzzah on the idea Trev. Let's get it going. Find us a spot in that area. I'll link to this thread on our FB page as well.
