Default Need help!

Alright guys/gals. As you know I have sc300 again and I have beeb trying to figure out this problem with my car. The trac light on the tach is on and the car feels like it hit a brick wall when I try and give it gas, when coming to a stop it is rough and the transmision shifts fast. That is the only light that is on. I have cleaned the iacv, maf, new airfilter, seafoam the car, oil, changed spark plugs. Today I will try and bleed the traction control unit. As of now I have the ground cable undone to see if the ecu will reset itself! I really dont know what else it could be. I will be pulling the trac code around lunch time. But have any of you had this problem?

My car is kinda doing the same thing, but I don't have trac. After its been running for awhile the rpms sit at 800 in drive. And 1100 in park. I'm guessing that my mac is bad since it only does that after being at temp for a while and my gas mileage blows. But i don't ever get a code for it.
