first off did you go oem with the bulbs and ballast u use to replace the bad parts? Does both sides goes out? Did u try to do the bulb swap method? I don't live around that area so I wouldn't know. I think u will need to seek a car electrician for help.

hmm i would get rid of those aftermarket bulbs...that could be the main culprit...our IS don't like the aftermarket bulbs for some reason. I know other vehicles work but when I had my 250 my passenger side would go out all the time, that was until I went oem or quality bulbs like garax...

my suggestion get the garax, maxlux, morimoto bulbs or oem philips

Maxlux Maxlux

Morimotos

if you bought from ijdmtoys garax I would demand a replacement because you didn't get what you paid for. demand them to send another pair of authentic garax or give you a refund. I know that Ijdmtoys had a bad batch of bulbs that they sold. usually they come in a garax package.

Also remember to keep all your receipts because if they ever have a recall on the bulbs getting burn all the time they can refund that to you!

Morimoto's are quality. Im unsure about the IS part. I would take Teo's advice due to personal experience!

morimotos are like philips replicas but they are quality bulbs. i have always heard good things about theretrofitsource as well so they stand behind their product. unfortunately i don't use them as they weren't on amazon. i am currently using maxlux and have been happy with those. for $40 bucks they are great!
