OEM Toyota/Lexus iPod adapter, PT545-00082

I had this in my 08 IS250, then my wife's 2010 Sienna, and most recently my 2007 Tundra. It's a factory part from Toyota.. Part number PT545-00082. I have this listed on eBay as well, so if it sells on there, i will close this ad.

Asking $150.

Please let me know if you are still selling this, I am interested in putting it into m 2009 IS 250. Can you please also let me know if there are any visible blemishes or issues with the unit?
