So I signed up for ALLDATADIY.com, and I must say there is alot of good info on there, but to be honest I truly beleive that there is alot more valuable info on here.

Anyways I just replaced my Distributor gaskets and now I'm looking to replace my valve cover gaskets, but as the first post states I cant find a DIY on here so that is why I decided to sign up for ALLDATA, but there is nothing on there on replacing the VCG. All they have is the following diagram:

I didnt want to clutter up the forum with another thread for the same thing, so I figured I would ask it here. I finally found some good instructions on how to change the VCG's but is it really necessary to train the coolant or is there a way to just clamp it off?

Just clamp it off from the hose by the throttle body. If you spill the coolant just clean it off real good and make sure the spilled coolant not get into the spark plug wires.

Just plug up the coolant lines that run to and from the TB. The most difficult part of the job is removing the TB. After you've done it once, it becomes much easier.
