My 2006 ES330 is fast approaching 30k miles(29k currently). In the owner's manual its calls for an oil change, brake fluid change, air filter change, cabin air filter change and rotate tires. The rest is all inspections.

My question is should I also change the ATF(Type-IV) too? I already have a case(12 qts) of Amsoil Universal ATF being shipped next week. I have seen a few Used Oil Analysis on Toyota Type-IV ATF on Bobistheoilguy.com that didnt look too good. FYI, when I check the ATF on the dipstick, it is still rose red and still smells sweet. Any opinion greatly appreciated.

I would go ahead and do a drain and refill of the transmission. It'll take about 4 quarts.
