how to change/flush coolant out of gs300

Price for flushing coolant at Toyota dealer...
i searched and can not get a definitive answer on how to flush/change the coolant out of my gs300. next week is spring break for me so i would really liek to jump on this.

so i went to my local toyota dealership that i always go to... they said they could do a power flush with a compressor hookup for 77.xx bucks is that good price?
