SC300 - Annoyed by high cold idle
I did some searching, and didn't turn up any results; and since so many cars use this engine...
Is anyone else annoyed horribly by the cold idle? It wouldn't be half as bad, but: a) the roads here suck, and b) mine is a stick, so high idle = spinning the tires on slick roads.
Basically, is there a way to adjust it down a bit? I realize it's going to have to do it to some extent, but trying to take off on slippery roads at 2k rpm just has to go. I'm not going to let the car warm up for 20 minutes in the morning; I don't have the time, and that's just wasteful for as quick as my drive is.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
