Leets

I got a Crane ignition box from a friend and was looking at putting it in my 94 GS3. The box looks like a pretty simple install, but I don't want to end up cutting the wrong wires under the hood. Also I heard that I'd have to do something special to get it to work properly with the Toyota system because of the stock set-up. Can anyone help me out with how to put this in? Thanks in advance.
