Lexus Service Prices
Is it just me or does your lexus service charge you a ton for service. I just had my 15k service and it was 280. These prices seem rediculous. A regualr oil change service is 179 to start. Does anyone go to like a jiffy lube instead? These prices seem crazy.

They must be adding a whole bunch of extra checks in on the service to bump up the price, its the labour rate for the "inspections" that usually kills you.
Mine aren't that high
I wouldn't let Jiffy Lube touch my bike. But that's just me

I use one Express Oil Change and the cost is $50 for an oil change with Mobile One oil. I am planning to purchase a bunch of Lexus oil filters and bring those with me on future oil changes at Express.
Lexus charges too much for routine service; I am planning to use them for the 30K interval check up and use Express Oil for 3500 mile interval oil changes and tire rotation.

Doesn't anybody here other than me does your own oil changes? Besides enjoying working on my car, it's a lot faster (and cheaper) than the dealer, which is 45 minutes away. Plus I can check and clean everything down there. All you need is a pair of $15 rhino ramps, remove a few bolts, and let the oil drain overnight. I don't even get dirty. And it's twice a year at the most.
When it's time to do my first (soon), I'll attach a piece of vacuum hose to the A/C drain hose to extend it slightly beyond the tray, because condensation is being dumped on the tray, and splashes everywhere (the rack and pinion is full of calcium spots). There's a quarter-size hole right below it, but Lexus didn't want to spend the extra $0.50 to extend it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, point a flashlight right between the battery and engine, and will see a hose attached to the firewall; that's where the accumulated water gets dumped (and all the metal around there etched with it).
Take care all.
