IMHO, it would be wise to get all-weather mats if yours doesn't have them already.

As far as deferring the maintenance on the other one, It's not a huge deal- The pvs owner probably didn't want to be out $1,300 after smelling that new car smell... As long as the price is withina couple grand, the CPO is the way to go.

The dealership said that they get questions on that all the time but that they were supposed to match the trim - in essence the dash. Does that sound right? At least they wont show as much dirt.

Dealer is correct. I have the Lexus rubber mats, real high quality. Real rubber not that plastic feel. Stuff also does not slide around in the back
