You may want to post this in the Wheels and Brakes forums for a better chance of getting a response.
This forum is pretty dead as it is, and I don't recall reading much about aftermarket brakes much here (except for one case, perhaps), but there are plenty of people elsewhere on ClubLexus who can likely share some thoughts with you.

those brakes you put on will not improve stopping power, i hope you know that.
these slotted and drilled rotors are just for show. My guess is you must have a lot of $ to burn

The bigger rotors and monobloc calipers will help with stopping a heavy vehicle like the LX: it improved the cooling, brake fade, the steel braded lines help with pedal response. Even upgrading the rotors on my GT-R to 400mm, steel braded lines helped alot. I tracked my GTR on the Nurburgring last year in Germany and brake fade sucks on any vehicle.
Toyota offers the bigger brakes as an option if you tow heavy equipment and if your Tundra/Sequoia is supercharged with 500hp you need stopping power.
The guy above should go to Lexus and tell them to remove brembos from the LF-A and IS-F., seriously.
