Floor Mats
Last month I purchased a new 09 LX570 at Park Place, Plano. The "Premium carpet floor mats" which came with the vehicle do not fill the foot well on the driver's side. Even with them attached at the end closest to the seat, they still slide when I get in and out and they do not cover all the carpet. I complained and was shown some all weather mats, but they are the same size--so I will say that they do not cover all the floor! Was offered some clear plastic mats--but same problem. I'll never be able to keep this cashmere carpeted floor clean. This is my second LX and also have an RX--never had this problem. Does anyone else have this problem? Or solution?
The only solution I can come up with is a "Weather Tech Floor Liner".

I got an extra set of matts at delivery. My salemans said it was part of the package. Even after removing the hooks to hold the front mats in place, mine do not move around. I feel they pretty well cover what needs to be covered.

I purchased the Weathertech, but didn't like the fit, feel or look (their adds are better than their product), so I sent them back. For now I will use the "premium" mats which came with my LX, but the driver's side is too small!

I've got the Weathertech floor Liners and found they cover the floor much better than the weathertech Mats. I like the way they extend up the sides a few inches so and extend to the outer door jamb. Totally avoids those nasty salt and water stains on the mats!

for the 2nd row, I keep the black carpet mat (which covers the width of the SUV) and place the rubber (small) mats on top. No sliding, even with the kids getting in/out. I think the rubber mats are heavy, and do not slide for us.
