Rack & Pinion and rear end drag help
'99 LX 470 with 190,000 miles.
1)- What's the best place to source a R&P and the inner and out tie rod ends?
2)- After market remanufactured units are around $400+ while the OEM is around $1000?
3)- While taking off from a dead stop and especially making a turn at the same time, it seems like the take off is not smooth and it feels like what I would describe as a drag (tires are being dragged) and the ride feels bit choppy at the same time.

I get a lot of my parts from RockAuto. One recommendation I havfe is do NOT guy an A1 Cardone unit. I got one for my sons Volvo and I do not consider it a quality product. There is another brand that is less than $300 after core replacment. You will need some gaskets for the oil filter adapter. I think that will need to come out to get it out.
