Default LX460 with Brake, VSC TRAC and ABS warning lights

Hello, newbie to the forum and long time 2000 LX470 owner. Recently converted air suspension to after-market (Strut-Masters) conversion. Love the new suspension but relate or unrelated one week after conversion ABS, VSC TRAC and BRAKE warning light staying on. Possibly related I notice my parking brake handle was slightly up but hopefully not engaged for a day of driving. I didn't notice any change in driving or braking. All seems to be working well. Before I take it in to service is there anything I can do to rule out minor things like fluids, sensors, etc... Possibly something they screwed up with conversion or is it simply the computer not liking the conversion as these systems (suspension and braking) are linked in terms of VSC/traction control.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
