1998 LX470. Problems?
I am looking at buying a 98 LX470 with 235k miles. Do you think it's realistic to get another 100k miles out of it? Anything in particular I should be looking at? It will be about $7k I believe. Should I be looking into getting a car with lower miles?

I totally think your expectation is reasonable. I have a '99 with 220,000 miles. My mechanic and I are expecting to get at least 350,000 miles out of mine. I am about to replace the axles on mine, but other than routine maintenance or preventative care you should get exemplary service out of your car and possibly 400,000 miles. Have someone check her our before you purchase and check the key components and you should be good to go.

Issue w/ Electrical 1999 470LX Dome Lt/Garage Open Fuse
10 A fuse blows after a few minutes. Works fine upon new install... then blows Any suggestions? Anyone have wiring schematic for this fuse/dome light/garage opener? Thx
