Air vent in roof head liner

Does anyone know if I can change the direction of the air vent in the headliner to blow on the back of the drivers head and neck? It currently only blows in the direction of the rear passenger or closed. Does it pop out easily and can I flip it around to blow in the other direction? Or can I pop out the center part and flip it around?
