Abs Light On And Won't Shift Out Of Park
My 1999 Lexus LX470 won't shift out of park! The ABS warning light is on. When I press the brake and try to shift NOTHING happens. I checked all of the fuses in the drivers kick panel. Also, the power windows and moon roof stopped working, I don't know if this is related. Any help or suggestions would be appreicated.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

Check the codes. sounds like it could be the brake/stop light switch. Do the brake lights work? When the pedal is pushed it sends a signal to ABS ECU/brake lights/shifter that is if all fuses are good.

The brake lights work! There is no click when the brake pedal is pushed. I check the fuses in the driver side kick panel, but not the relay, is there a way to test those?

There's a little cover/flap near the shifter that you can use to free a locked shift lever (the owner's manual explains what to do) to at least drive it to your dealer.

Sounds like multiple problems, bud. Follow Jim Chow's advice, unless when you get out of park you find you have no brakes. Before you do, check the fluid reservoirs for the ABS and the brakes to make sure they're up to level. There are some relays under the hood you could look at too.
