Default ***What did you do to your LX570 Today?***

I just thought this would be a good thread to post daily things that people do to their LX570. I will start.

I added medium ceramic tint to the front drivers and passenger door.

I will try to build my LX570 with quality JDM parts...

Well, it was yesterday, not today, but I took it in for 100,000 mile service. Only maintenance expense so far, outside of oil/filters etc., were brake pads at about 95,000 miles.

Not today and last week for the whole week after work.

Applied Xpel clear bras for the whole front of the SUV, and rocker panels.

Applied ceramic paint protection.

I'm about halfway done with installing a pair of Hella 1000's. Task now is to keep the wiring neatly done and looking like oem. Switches were easy from Onboard Air and they fill a panel blank with 3 empty holes.

I just order the JDM window visors. They cost an arm and a leg, but can't wait to install them!

Default Beat Sonic DVD/Navigation bypass

I installed the Beat Sonic DVD/Navigation bypass, so now your front passenger can watch DVD video in motion on the front 12 inch widescreen. Also, you can control the navigation while in motion as well. Wife and kids love it! Convenient!

I do not know what to make of these wheels...I guess I am "old-school". But I would get the originals, if I may say so

Not fond of those wheels either but everyone has different tastes.

I gassed up and will be heading to Atlanta today.

A vermin entered my barn where the Lexus is stored. Fearful that it was a squirrel or skunk that would run all over it and inflict severe paint damage, I immediately parked my LX570 outside until that time when I could find, apprehend and neutralize the culprit. The vermin in question was a groundhog who after I left the barn doors wide open, soon left, but not before he thoroughly mucked up the place. Living in the boondocks has it pluses and definite minuses. Wildlife here rules the world.

Those are factory fog light covers on the North America 2013 to 2015 LX 570. There is an alternate bumper in some other countries:

I prefer the US style bumper in this instance.
