All the 2010 Lexus models have USB port standard I believe.

U mean they don't, or they do? And where it must be located ?

My 2010 has it inthe power enclosure next to the gear shift. I use it with my Iphone to play my tunes. It also charges the phone while plugged in.

Can MP3's on a flash/thumb drive be played via the USB port or is that port only for IPOD type devices?
