If I had to guess, with no real evidence to back it up, here's what would make sense to me:
07 Tundra comes out when the Texas plant opens. 08 or 09, the Sequoia gets a major redesign, and the new full size Lexus SUV, (LX or JX, whatever) will share the same platform.
