Help, Alarm goes off and wont start

When I press UNLOCK button on my key, the alarm goes off. The unlock/lock is working fine but I can't somehow turn off the alarm once it goes screaming.
The engine won't start either, every light indicators on my panel switches on but won't start.
When i insert my key, the red blinking car indicator turns off, so I thought it's not issue with immobilizer but not really sure. I've tried with my other master key SAME RESULT.

Following I've tried: Key programming which i've had to press pedal 5 times and brakes 6 times but it didn't solved my problem, the annoying alarm screams again.
I have a remote starter with unlock/lock button and the car starts fine. And when I put my key without pressing brake the car will move but again the alarm goes on.

Maybe i did the reprogramming procedure incorrectly. Where is the security light is located? Is it the red blinking dot or the red blinking car indicator?
