It looks like a die cut vinyl piece that he put on top of the Di-Noc (carbon look material).

Just my guess though.

Yea that was the toughest. Took me at least a good 40 mins on each emblem. And grill took me 2 hours. Really need time and a steady hand. But in will pay off!

No, it wasn't Die Cut, I cut everything myself. It was tough, but worth it.

Knowing that makes it even more impressive! They look like they could've been done with a die cut machine (I mean that as a compliment). Nice piece of work!

It's a lot of work. Requires removing the headlight assemblies and baking them to seperate the pieces before actually installing the angel eyes, Then ya gotta make double-sure it goes back together with no leaks, etc. Think I'll pass. I sure miss those from my 7 Series Beemer though.

+1 on passing as well!! Look great though!
I absolutely agree about the look of them on the 7 series!
For me, it's a toss up of which looks better:
The Audi LED's or the BMW halo!!

Indeed it looks very professional. I was shocked myself. My friends have been using plasti dip for the emblems and now want me to wrap their cars.

The halos areTRS RGB Led, color changing with remote. I also had a clear lens upgrade. Get compliments everywhere. People actually stop me to ask me where I bought them from, and have to tell them they are custom made.

One thing, I do have the AFS light on whenever i turn on the Headlights. I suspect the headlight was going faulty anyways, so I don't believe the halos affected them. The light won't come on until you actually turn the lights on. So I usually keep my halos and fogs on, so it doesn't bother me anyways. But the clear lens did give me a sharp cutoff.

I had my grill plastidip'd for a while. And it was fine until I wanted to refresh the look when I got the body kit. It was so hard to take off. In the tight areas it was a pain. Then the overspray on the under side of the grills needed to be cleaned off too. Those areas you don't see because most likely you sprayed just the top. I spent a few days using various chemicals to clean it. After all that I went ahead and had it painted when the kit was painted. MUCH better looking than the plastidip. Yeah you can't beat the price and I was all about the dip when k first put it out there to do it on the 460's but I've had a change if heart.
