LS460 Muffler Delete. Finally!

Statistically, a muffler delete will rob you at the low end (torque) and give you a little at the high end....typically 2-5 hp, which is impossible to feel. The "Butt Dyno" is usually caused by the increased sound. I suppose the LS could be the exception, but I doubt it.

So here is a cabin video! Judge for yourself. I am absolutely in love with it. The startup sound is always amazing, and compliments just add. Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ntgw8TfTVM

I can only say for sure in my area. But I image most places are the same. It will make zero effect for emissions compliance in my area. I would imagine the same elsewhere. There's no emissions sensors in this area.
The only possible thing I can think of is that maybe will this difference in exhaust flow, maybe it could affect the upstream performance of the emissions system ... but I highly doubt that.

I'm having a set of pipes made with a vendor I work with. When I get the fit right, who knows, I may make this an MEK and sell them. It will be stainless steel. Reuse the gaskets, but I may package new fasteners. I'm hoping I have this ready in a few weeks.
One thing I'm running into is that the tailpipes are 2.125" O.D. I'm thinking of running it with 2.125" O.D. and 2.5" O.D. and seeing which one sounds better.
